Enable West-Life SSO on public portal,

• [x] register cert and keys in auth.west-life.eu
• [x] import sso certificate, keys into docker container
• [x] execute bootstrapsso.sh
• [x] reconfigure related containers, disable VRE
• [x] Migrate user's settings identified by ARIA based ID to West-Life based eppn. Either using Settings export/import. User need explicitly go through UI and request import from another instance of virtual folder – e.g. if it will live for some grace period in portal.west-life.eu/virtualfolder-old – then it could be sufficient. OR implement new feature that will try to match the ARIA id with west-life id and migrate settings in background in first login.

issue behind reverse proxy - mellon thinks that the site is http://..., and fails as it doesn't match endpoint in sp-metadata which is https://... .
