AI Player cannot outbid player #788

When player has placed it's bid on the bidding platform the AI player can't outbid the player. This also counts for other AI players.

It seems like the playerIdentity for AI's is not registered for playerInstanceByID.

Solved in #789 but should be solved for when we apply the refactor again -_-
