@akhaleghi Re your comment above where you mentioned there are new files in the old drive. You have to review the whole repository (the boards and the issues, and annotate any old links to the drive with a note that the drive files have been moved to the new shared drive and provide a link to the new drive.

Also, you have to make sure that all the team members have access to the new drive. Anyone who is inactive can be marked as viewer/commenter and anyone who is active should have other privileges

Notes from conversation with Sophia:

Bonnie misunderstood this project, I didnt read it fully. Its clearly a project about volume and type of calls made to 311 because of the pandemic

Selah does encampment surveys
the county does a survey https://www.lahsa.org/news?article=726-2020-greater-los-angeles-homeless-count-results
the only data that you will need from 311 for this project is to determine how significantly it undercounts homeless encampments
311 data should not be seen as authoritatively resenting counts (its the count of people complaining)

Tools:

mapping
plots (maplot, seaborn, libplot)

population by year population by geographies size of encampment (if available)

@mcmorgan27 Can we add this to the Geospatial Data Analysis Tutorial or is this something that we should add as a standalone repo? If so, I can ask Bonnie to move it over.
