There is no template yet...I did it out of routine...this issue will serve as a template...we can work on this in our meeting and have Bonnie create the Org Template like the other one...

@gracieama you can use these instructions on wiki as a reference to start creating a template and also the #123 template as a guide to start making one for this issue...

Hi @shimahoush, can you please go to your GitHub profile and add your name so it is not just your GitHub handle? If you want to just do first name and last initial, that's fine. But it helps us identify people instead of relying on their GitHub handle to assume who someone is.
