Interview feedback form:
- In progress. The questions are on the right track, but we need to have more specific criteria designed for the interview feedback form
  - So what counts as good interview? We could use that criteria to collect feedback
- Scale: 1-7 or 1-5 would be better instead of 1-10
- The feedback form will be used among fellow UXRs to collect feedback on each other's interview skills so we could learn and improve
Update template:
- In progress, and there are a few places that need clarification
- Need to find some examples because old templates were deleted
- Need some 1:1 time to demo what the goal is and how to achieve that
RP019's Wiki page update:
- In progress as there are checkboxes left and the issue was not completely finished
- There seems to be confusion regarding the issue, so the lead showed how to navigate GitHub and Google Drive
- The issue has been explained and revised during the UXR meeting
- The lead will review that issue again
RP001 PII
- In progress, and there were some questions regarding what counts as PII
  - Anything that has any identifiable personal information, such as name, school name, positions, age, etc.
- Why doing this: We would like to make the research folder accessible by the wide HfLA community since TWE is used as an example to help other teams set up their research repository and operation process, so we wouldn't want PII to be accessed by anyone beyond the TWE research team.
- Be cautious and conservative when it comes to audit a research plan folder because of the sensitivity.

- Do that asynchronously because the meeting was running overtime

Update research plan template: Research plan template is mostly about internal research plan.
- When and why do we need external research plan? How were they made?
  - Need to check in with product to gather info and decided whether to include that in the current research plan template or not.
RP001 needs further de-dientifications
- Reopened a few issues, and assigned researchers to further de-identify based on the instructions
- Intern 002's issue: gather the names mentioned in the spreadsheet, and if the roles were not clear, leave them blank.
PII issues
- Munti is working on RP002's PII, but she seems confused about the instructions, and she doesn't know where to find PII.
  - Pointed her to follow instructions one by one so she could update the resource link 2.01, then she should be able to proceed to identify the PII.

- No need to set up anything since RP019 is already created;
- the assignee needs to read the roadmap doc and cross reference with the wiki page;

RQA checklist needs more clarification on the purpose of the issue
- The checklist will be repurposed to set up a new issue for the next step-data analysis.
- So we don't need super detailed info, nor do we need research plan and data collection step since they were completed already.
- Will only focus on how to use RQA to do qualitative data analysis
Wiki template has been updated.
- The lead will review and provide feedback
Intern 006's de-identification and cleaning up is done.

- TurboScribe and Otter are still the top two choices

  - Adding the renaming steps back to set up phase instead of the transcribing phase
- UXR lead will deploy the revised templates so team members can set up new issues for the set up and transcribe issues

Transcribing is the next important goal
- We need to set up transcribing issues for each participant in each research plan
  - Ying will create new issues as example for others to set up new issues
- Need to figure out a timeline
  - Seems plausible for November
RP023's renaming
- Mehdi will check both the interviewees and interviewers to see if they match with anyone in RP006 and RP012.
RP017's data analysis
- Angela will inform Ying when she will feel ready for taking on the issue again
RQA template
- Jinran will work on the RQA analysis template

- UXR leads need to confirm with Bonnie on the paid TurboScribe plan for a month
Clean up and de-identify interview transcript template is ready for another round of testing.
- UXR Leads will set up the testing issue, and assign a team member to create and finish testing the template
