I'm creating this issue to compile any resources we find on organizing hackathons. So far, we have the following websites:
Both have lists of tasks to be done X days/months before the event. I'll try to go through them within the next week and open issues for each task we need to worry about and organize them into milestones (e.g. a " 2 months before" milestone).
