HAL-1572 - Console fails to display datasources correctly when a datasource has a property substitution

Description: When property substitution is used for the datasource enabled attribute, the web console fails to display the datasource (and may display a limited number of the others defined in the same profile - whether or not they have any substitution) and briefly raises one or more "Internal Error" "pop-up(s)".
