MR adding JDK 17 support (https://github.com/hal/testsuite.next/pull/172) bumps also version of the spotbugs plugin., that is reporting ~ 700 errors in the TS. Mentioned MR disables failing on error, however the issues reported by the plugin should be analyzed or fixed.
