Returns int[3]{major, minor, patch}.

Changes to make internally:

Move the "x.y.z" variable from Network to Constants, make it into an array of ints, and fill each value accordingly.
Make the version for the network be the result of getNetworkVersion() from Constants, which returns a String of the form "major.minor.x", where "x" is just the letter "x".
