triggerHapticPulse crash on Latest Vivecraft #33

Confirmed on 1.18.2 Fabric 0.0.15. Will need to check other Minecraft and Vivecraft versions.

EDIT: Looks like Minecraft_vr_Instance is null for some reason. Will figure out why
