Added the perfect data to test the SUR model #2

Hi Hannes,

I added the perfect data. I will also create imperfect data to which the SUR estimator needs to be robust.

I also added 2 datasets imperfect datasets.

test_data_1_week_overlap has 1 week overlap (= week 65) for brand A & brand B.

test_data_no_overlap has no overlap for brand A & brand B.
