[(Small) Feature]: small build util changes, extra humanoid keyframes + attrs

1. allow scene_idxs and initial_pose for building.actors.utils (latter necessary for static objs)
2. add_collision=True kwarg for build_ground (currently this + build_box is workaround for #637)
3. some added keyframes and attrs for G1
