When opening a link with #hash, the navbar covers the element with id hash #379

When opening https://hardfork.io/de/software#installation, the element with the id 'installation' (the title) is covered by the sticky nav bar. Selection_147

It should be at the top of the visible area below the navbar.

Need to add some offset somehow. It works correctly on the main page for the contact form.
