Want to Create a Contributor's Guidelines. #147

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

A Guidelines for the new geeks who are new to Open source. There are certain steps and instructions which should be followed by every new commerce.

Hi. Can I work on this? What I plan: 1) Create a file with images and pictures showcasing how to contribute to this project. 2) Include beginner's guide to contributing.
