Proposed Changes

Created a new dir tests to store all the test scripts for the blog App
Created some empty files for adding more testing scripts for urls.py, forms.py, & models.py in the future.

Hey @harsh-9in, I think you have to add label hacktoerfest to this repository. On my hacktoberfest portal, It's displaying this:- invalid harsh
