Adding Grading for Our Contributions in NJACK Winter of Code 2020.
- Adding the points systems for NWOC 2020.
- Adding the link to NJACK Winter of Code 2020 Leaderboard.

Additional Info

I have store image of NWOC-logo in static/images folder which is used in contributing.md.
