Fixes: #209

Create some changes in templates/dashboard/dash_footer.html, templates/dashboard/dash_header.html, templates/dashboard/dash_maincontent.html and made a JSON file in templates/dashboard/.vscode/settings.json
Added Bootstrap codes in this file which is missing and also create a JSON file for launching the live server smoothly.
