feat: added sol coverage for 0.8.23 release (#682) #684

Description: This PR updates the Solidity version to 0.8.23 in hardhat.config.js, along with updating all Solidity examples in the repository. As a consequence of this upgrade, modifications are reflected in the artifacts folder.
