test: add `debug_traceTransaction` with opcode logger tests

Description:

Recently, the mirror node web3 added a debug opcodes endpoint which is utilized in the relay as well but there is no testing coverage yet.

• official mirror-node image with opcode logger route should be released and consumed by the local node
• official json-rpc-relay image with debug_traceTransaction with tracer: opcodeLogger should be released and consumed by the local node
