Leans on functionality from #39
Repairs carry over and apply on next level. Price tag working properly. Need to disable IncreaseHunkRepair Button when Player can't afford the price.
It would appear I may have accidentally deleted the repair menu while setting up the spawn positions in the Collection Chamber.
I will recreate the object now.
This issue has failed QA.
When ships take damage, and then proceeds to the next Wye without repairing, all of their damaged hunks are repaired once the next Wye loads up. I imagine this has to do with the logic of making sure repairs transfer to the next Wye.

In the repair menu, their will be a button to repair. when pressed this repairs the ship then, also ensures that these repairs carry over to the next level.
