New feature which will require Facial recognition integration

This feature will have this design https://www.figma.com/file/Ct9RtsoL59ksR5HZE4hXjl/Untitled?node-id=0%3A1 Currently need to choose if will use a framework/library for such complex UI, or do in in VanillaJS

In case of choosing a library

Check compatibility with Parcel
Make a smooth integration into current VanillaJS

Steps

Create a new master branch for this feature

Implement Facial Recognition. Good resource: https://habr.com/ru/company/skillfactory/blog/544846/
Create UI/UX of modal window
Combine all together and add Voight Kampff questions.
