Add telescope projects #14

Since this uses git to determine projects, it's not possible to use it for my one use-case which was swapping between components in a componentized rails app.

Perhaps just making this available for the Alpha dashboard could be a use-case.

Edit: I just don't see this benefiting my workflow at the moment
