I have added extra information to try and provide some context where I was left with questions - some of this might be completely wrong!

However, I'm hoping the extra information is useful to more folk than just myself, so corrections are more than welcome. My approach is that it is more likely that my mistakes are corrected, rather than the extra information being provided without that prompt.

If you think there is more useful information that can be included - please tell me that too.
