Delete hbz01 index on quaoar2-3 #21

The old hbz01 index without a timestamp on quaoar2-3 keeps coming back when it's deleted. Currently the index aliased hbz01-staging is used for prod and staging. The hbz01 index is closed.

No luck with deleting the old index. Will leave it in closed state.

Introduced new production alias hbz01-mabxml for production indexing and HTTP access.
