Extend annotation extractor to cope with non-polygon annotations #6

I wrongfully assumed that all annotations are polygons. But there are also some annotations that use the svg shape circle and there may still be others. Adjust the annotation extractor to be able to cope with these shapes, as well.

the interface allows rectangles, polygons and circles. implementation of the circles was not yet finished, e.g. editing/changing the circle shape (radius) was not possible. @line-o did you already look into this matter?
