Adjust requirements to allow use with Django3 #55

Changes to allow support for Django3 and Python3.8, plus Travis bits.

It's probably a good time to drop support for python2.7 too, @hearsaydev, and do a major version bump to indicate the backward compat breakage.

@james-certn We're not planning on moving to Django 3.x until 3.2, so we haven't prioritized this internally. I meant to merge this in my free time back when I commented, but various things started to happen in mid-March 😬 and I forgot. I'll see if we can get this merged and an updated version shipped to PyPI over the weekend.
