Hub 2506 is not transmitting readings #16

Hub 2506 appears to have stopped transmitting readings. I wonder if it has to do with the upgrade to v1.5, since that's one of the only hubs that got the upgrade. It doesn't look like a duplicate issue because on the cell page there is no duplicate reading at the time it stopped relaying. It also doesn't look like an unassigned sensor or sensor not found issue because that sensor code still correctly matches the tenant's sensor.

This tenant is going to court this Tuesday (12/22) and the data shows violations so we want to have this in time for his lawyer to review. @hrldcpr can you take a look at this tomorrow?

I restarted the relay server this morning and it seems to have started relaying readings to the app again. They're coming through one every 10 seconds and there are a few days of backlogged readings so it's taking a while, but it looks like we'll be up to date within the hour. Closing this as it appears to be a duplicate of #13.
