Add VimWiki #22

Add support for vim wiki, with <leader>W as a base prefix. So use SPC Wt to open the wiki in a new tab.

Basically it can be used to stored anything, from todo lists (with bindings to mark stuff as complete, etc ...)

@Charrette / @arkan I don't know if you guys wants to use this to take notes, as I now use Spacemacs, I'll let you merge it if you feel it's relevant or close it if it's not.
