Collaboration on FHE compilers? #1

Hi folks! I recently saw your paper https://eprint.iacr.org/2023/1445 on the IACR and noticed our group is working on a very similar project with the same name: https://github.com/google/heir

Would you folks be interested in collaborating on this? We have meetings every two weeks, the calendar for which can be found at https://google.github.io/heir/community/, the next one is tomorrow at 8AM PST (11PM Beijing time, unfortunately)

We have attendees from various industry companies (Intel, Google, Amazon, Zama, etc.) universities, and FHE accelerator designers, and we're presenting at the LLVM developers meeting in October (see the bottom of https://llvm.swoogo.com/2023devmtg/agenda), with lots of support from the MLIR community. Ideally, we could all agree on a common toolchain foundation that can be reused among all the different FHE research/production compilers.

Hoping to see you there, but even if you can't make it to the meeting, you might be interested to discuss at https://github.com/google/heir/discussions

Thank you very much for the kind invitation. We are definately excited for some collaborations with you! It was unfortunate that we could not make the meeting yesterday (didn't realize the issue :( ). Let me try to see how we can proceed on some discussions and future collaborations. Appreciated again for the contact!
