Make it possible to project multiple ReaLearn instances to one companion #108

Basically offer controller-based controller projection in addition to instance-based controller projection. A controller-based projection would essentially merge the routing of all instances that are connected to the controller.

Following up on post #1714 in the Reaper thread: this would be a fantastic addition so that one can view on the ReaLearn Companion app the mappings that control TCP/MCP functions.
