Add composer.json #22

Add composer.json to allow usage in composer based installations.

Sorry, but I fail to see the need for this. It is just an example and was never meant to be used as library, but as a template for own code. For the rare cases this needs to be pulled in via composer, it is still possible to define a package in the repository section of a root composer.json file
