Issues when installing a new user #31

If there are changes to stretch_configuration.yaml that need to be preserved this file should first be copied to /etc/hello-robot as the new user install pulls from this directory.

Also, the new user needs sudo privileges in order to do the new user install. Documentation should be updated to reflect this.
