QR code Link to Stretch Docs on Desktop Background #51

The install scripts should change the default background image for the Ubuntu desktop to a Hello Robot background image that contains a QR code linking to the Stretch Documentation website: https://docs.hello-robot.com/

Rather than do this in the install scripts, we've made backgrounds available at https://docs.hello-robot.com/0.3/getting_started/wallpapers/ and end-users can download/change the background if they wish.
