Resolves #215

Motivation and context

Adds an Organization name field to the signup form.

After

Added organizationName as an optional field in the user model.
Sign up form will require all new user signups to provide this information before submitting it.

Future tickets and PR's will inform what we do with this metadata, i.e. to show this on campaigns etc.
