WHEN I launch the the personalized link provided by admin (https://www.hellogov.app/signup/7sRw3AYgs) and access the Forgot Password page to type in the email address I used to signup with, I receive a generic error notice but no email address with password reset instructions

Receive the email with instructions needed to reset my password
Receive a confirmation that an email has been sent to the email address (if hosted)
Receive a notice saying that my email is invalid (if email address is not hosted)
