Are you using the release today? If so can you disable elvui and see if it happens again? Thank you.

I might have found the issue, can you download the latest version and try again? thank you very much for the report.

I've downloaded it - wont be in a heroic dungeon for a few hours.

No errors last night during a 5 man dungeon.
