Misc cleanup

The commits tell the story of this general cleanup:

• Clean up whitespate in auth_connection.js
• Rename auth_conneciton.js to auth.js
• Remove open as a separate dependency (not that we use cli.open() instead)
• Add a resource flag to connect:auth
• Fix indents for the mapping argument
