I apologize, I didn't realize that by default GitHub would try to merge with the base branch instead of my local

This fork implements (an extension of) structure preserving signatures for equivalence classes (SPS-EQ) [eprint:2014/944]. I am closing this accidental PR, but if there is interest, I can reopen it with just the sample SPS-EQ implementation.
