About The Project

This Project was Created in order for you to Find your Favorite Movies and know where you can watch them. You would search for any movie using the search bar and It would take you to that movie along with all details related to it and it will also include what streaming platforms you can watch it on. You also have the option to select a genre and it will give you a list of movies related to that genre. Then you can selct the movie you are interested in.

Once completely built, this application will function as a deployed app on Github Pages

Local Installation / Testing

Clone the rep

git clone https://github.com/hestrain/mov.ie.git

Right click on index.html and open in browser to enjoy locally!

Future Development

In the Future we thought of

Making it mobile friendly with a mobile interface
We thought about making everything apear more professional.
We thought about adding shows.
Making a watched history
Adding a feature to be able to mark something as watched.
Choosing which country you are watching the movie or show from.
Add more search filters.
Adding a way for us to make money... maybe a subscription.
