Filesystem permissions

chmod 777 tmp translations web/sites/default/files

Import initial configuration

drush si minimal
drush config-set "system.site" uuid "65eafff0-3d3e-4881-8e97-ff651670f2bd"
drush cim

Migration

The migration needs access to the legacy database. Add the following to the active settings.php and adjust as needed:

To execute the user migration enable the module and execute the migration:

drush en cms_garden_migrate
drush migrate:import cms_garden_migrate_cms
drush migrate:import cms_garden_migrate_tag
drush migrate:import cms_garden_migrate_user
