Bug: Problem when moving window separator to the right side in HTML snippet #526

Summary

When you move the separator to the right side to reduce the browser window and the cursor flies off and there is a defect: the movement does not happen and there is a sticking of the divider, which is removed only by clicking again.

If I've written in a complicated way, I hope it will be easier to understand by video.

Reproduction steps

1. User authorized.
2. Open HTML snippet.
3. Reduce the browser window by moving the separator to the right.

Expected result

The browser window can be shrunk by moving the separator.

Actual result

The window is difficult to shrink, the cursor flies off and there is no movement.
