Make the browser/tab title bar show when you have a new message. Right now, all messages (including SAY) is fine, but in the future, it might be worth allowing players to 'follow' a certain player and get notifications when a new message is sent in SAY, that way it isn't constant for no real reason.

Spammy when there are people playing, yes. But for now, while it is just us, it would be useful. We end up talking on there when testing stuff a lot. To justify it, we could allow players to choose who can trigger the notification. Say, if they are on their friend list, and they talk in say, it blinks at them.

Added a variation of this which will use Chrome Notifications (disabled by default). You can enable this via /options.
