PlayerList Names #37

An update needs to be triggered either when you /look or when a change is made to an NPC's name.

Unnecessary for /look, since that is just unnecessary data that the client likely already has 99.9% of the time. When changing the NPCs name though, I can have it send a player list refresh if the npc is in the same room.
