When hovering a clip slowly it does not show the hover status #21

When hovering a clip slowly it does not show the hover status (the pink/purple thing with the icons) If you move the mouse slow it will show the hover status as soon as you hit the border, but if you move towards the center of the clip the hover status will disappear
