Hi Pastis team, It looks like a very nice tool for visualizing HiC interactions. I would like to use it for HiC analysis, but I am not sure if the code is still available. Example folders look empty and/or unmaintained, is it still available? Is there any README file for reproducing an example? Best,

Hello, The tool is definitely still available, but the website seems down right now. Here's a link towards the master branch's documentation: http://hiclib.github.io/pastis/
