Endpoint for adding technology is ready.

Create the list of the technologies we will add. There should be all available topics and technologies that seniors can teach.

Examples:

Java
Database
MongoDB
PostgreSQL

Backend
Queues

Create a list of technologies for now, or maybe there is an api of it?

Hold this list of technologies in "src/main/resources/technologies.js" file, arrange the application that in startup, updates the technologies from this .js file.
