improve layout in index.html #16

Graph and table side by side.

I'm starting this now because with the current setup I can't click inside the table, you could then clean it up and externalize the CSS into a separate file.

The layout is usable now but there is still room for improvement, for example the table should not take up more space than necessary and the table columns should not clip if there is enough space for them.

@Yagnap: In case you miss it, the resize handle is the small gray triangle on the bottom.

Side by side works but graph top, table bottom would be better.
