Currently we are using Cytoscape.js to visualize the graph like this:
However a much better visualization would work directly with the HITO diagram, which we soon release in version 24.03 in issue https://github.com/hitontology/hitontology.eu/issues/46.
This is quite tricky but should be doable.
Cytoscape.js would still be used in the background.
