resizing ignores the higher size of the svg + xslt #60

"organizational units" and "roles" labels are hidden when the top portion is resized

even with overflow: scroll, you can't scroll to see them, the svg is just cut off.

I think the viewBox is too small and doesn't account for the new, higher height, it needs to be 593 instead of 574
