Add feature option for disabling audio stream

Hey @hjdhjd! Thanks again for your contributions with the UniFi Protect and DoorBird homebridge plugins. 🙏

It'd be great to get a feature option to disable the audio stream for a given DoorBird. With the Apple TV doorbell integration, a stream is automatically initiated in a notification on any TV that's turned on. That's awesome, but causes two issues due to DoorBird's single audio stream limitation:

• You can't use your phone / DoorBird app to talk to the person at the door, because the TV is consuming the audio stream ("Line is busy" error message)
• The stream will fail on more than one TV if two TVs or more are online
